§ 1. Classes of eligible employees.

The Employer shall designate in the Adoption Agreement the class(es) of Employees which are eligible to participate in the Plan. Provided, however, that if a person does not meet the definition of "Employee" or contained in Article II, he or she may not be included in any Eligible Employee class.
