§ 6.4.1. Exemptions.The subdivision of land in the A-R district into 4 or fewer lots, all of which have the minimum required frontage on a public street and meet all other minimum requirements of this Ordinance, shall be exempt from the improvement requirements of this section, except that a minimum right-of-way of fifty feet shall be provided on all adjacent streets.
