Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 14-11. Property—Injury or destruction; public.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to deface, write upon or mutilate any public building or injure any signboards, sidewalks, benches, trees, shrubs, flowers or any other public property in the streets, parkways, parks or public grounds of the city.
