§ 22-195. Mandatory certification.

The operator in responsible charge of a wastewater treatment system required by section 22-194 of this article, and all laboratory analysts performing laboratory tests in conjunction with the operation of a wastewater treatment system required by section 22-194, must be certified in accordance with the rules of the "Georgia State Board of Examiners for Certification of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plan Operators and Laboratory Analysts."
