§ 4-7. Horses and cattle permitted within corporate limits under certain conditions.

Persons may keep and house horses and cattle within the corporate limits of the city, provided such animals are not permitted to run at large, and provided they, and the grounds upon which they are kept, are maintained in quiet and clean order so as not to become offensive to neighbors and the general public.
