§ 14-8. Operation of vehicle in manner so as to disturb persons in residences within 250 feet of vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit the engine of the vehicle he is driving to remain in operation on any public street or public or private property so that the noise, fumes, vibrations or other effects of the engine operation disturb any person occupying a residence within 250 feet of the vehicle.
