It shall be unlawful for any person to have a motor vehicle with a whistle, steamboat
whistle, bells, musical horns, smitty muffler, hollow muffler or any other muffler
or noisemaking device that is not a standard item of equipment of the motor vehicle
provided by the original manufacturer of the motor vehicle.
